General Description:

The SG8LT128P is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller. Its memory capacity includes 144*8 bits SRAM and 4K *14 bits OTP ROM. Other features include timer RTC, timer TCC, three groups I/O port.
It can also provide the interrupt function and the wakeup function from sleep and idle mode.
The SG8LT128P can play dual tone melody and it has touch sensor function and LCD driver
function. The LCD driver is capable of driving up to 32 segments and up to 4 commons. The LCD driver
supports 1/2 bias, 1/3bias and 1/3 duty, 1/4 duty.

Clock Source : RC oscillator

- When RC oscillator selects external resisitor, the frequency must be 2MHz or 4MHz

System mode:

When crystal oscillator and RC oscillator work together, MCU supports four work modes to
reduce the current consumer
Normal: MCU, crystal oscillator and RC oscillator turn on
Slow: MCU, crystal oscillator turn on, RC oscillator turn off
Idle: MCU, RC oscillator turn off, crystal oscillator turn on
Sleep: MCU, crystal oscillator and RC oscillator turn off
When crystal oscillator work only, MCU supports three work modes to reduce the current
consumer.
